I live out of town and had to call several companies late at night. This was the only company that answered professionally and made me feel confident right away. They provided pricing over the phone and sent a proposal before starting any work. My tenant had an issue with the toilet drain, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. I’m very glad I found them and will definitely use them again for my properties.

I’ve been working with Tony and his crew coming up on 4 years. They are always incredibly responsive, helpful and explain everything they’re doing. I’ve learned a lot from them and I’m very happy with the professional service they provide. I couldn’t recommend this company more!

Anthony installed our new hot water heater. It was a challenging job due to our small older basement. Anthony did an amazing job. Not only did he expertly install the new water heater, but he took the time to teach me about the heater and its maintenance. Safety is his top priority, and we feel so happy with Anthony and our experience. He is a skilled technician and a kind and helpful person.

Storytime!!...recently my wedding ring accidentally fell down the drain in my bathroom sink, I know!!, instant panic attack!!...I didn't know what to do and started searching on-line for plumbing companies open on the holiday Monday!!...low and behold Right Away Plumbing came up and showed it was open, Yaaaay!!...thankful to Wendy who was very empathetic to the sensitive situation and dispatched someone right away, I appreciate her calm demeanor during my not so calm time, lol!!...grateful the plumber text me to let me know he was on his way and sent me his ETA, very helpful!!..upon arrival, Kallem was very professional, also quite calm and felt confident he would find my ring, this definitely provided me with some peace of mind!...he unscrewed the pipes, there was a delay at first, but then it happened, I heard the ring clink as it dropped into the bowl, Yaaaay!!!...big shout-out to Kallem who saved the day, found my ring and also made sure our pipes were secured before leaving!!..thank you for all your help...5 stars to the entire team at Right Away Plumbing!! *****
