How to leave a review

The most helpful reviews describe the problem, how it was diagnosed and whether the explanation made sense. For example, a review might mention that a water heater was leaking from the tank, that the technician showed where the leak was, and that the replacement options were explained before any work began.
It also helps other homeowners to know the type of property and system, such as a two-flat with a steam boiler or a ranch house with a forced-air furnace. You do not need to mention your exact address or the technician's full name.
