How our coverage works
Every community listed above is served by the same crews working out of our Des Plaines shop, so you are not handed off to a subcontractor depending on where you live. Suburban Cook and DuPage county customers reach us at 847-550-3322. For addresses inside the city of Chicago, use 773-250-6060 — city buildings, boilers and shared plumbing stacks are handled by the crews who work in them every week.
Response times are shortest closest to Des Plaines, but scheduling is usually flexible everywhere we work. Tell us what the system is doing when you call and the truck arrives stocked for that job.
What we do across Chicagoland
Residential and commercial plumbing — drain cleaning, sewer rodding, leak and pipe repair, water heaters and sump pumps; heating — furnace repair and replacement, boilers, thermostats and seasonal maintenance; cooling — AC repair, replacement, mini-splits and tune-ups; and mechanical work for commercial buildings, property managers and larger homes. We also offer energy savings consulting for owners who want a clearer picture of where their gas and electric usage is going before spending money on equipment. Buyers, owners and managers can also schedule a detailed plumbing, gas-line and HVAC property inspection with equipment-age findings, sewer-camera options and a picture report.
Replacing a water heater? Our tankless water heater installation and repair page covers sizing, venting and descaling, and our homeowner guides explain sump and ejector pumps, tankless error codes and equipment life expectancy.
What the work looks like season to season
Chicagoland gives plumbing and HVAC systems a hard year. Late fall brings furnace and boiler start-ups that expose cracked igniters, failed flame sensors and pumps that sat all summer. January adds frozen and burst supply lines in exterior walls, crawl spaces and unheated garages, plus no-heat calls on equipment that was already marginal. Spring thaw and heavy rain load sump pumps and ejector pits, and it is the season backed-up floor drains and root-filled sewer laterals show up. Summer swings to air conditioning: low refrigerant, dirty condensers, failed capacitors and rooftop units struggling on the first stretch of ninety-degree days.
Scheduling seasonal maintenance in early fall or spring gives you time to identify worn components, drainage problems, airflow issues and control faults before peak seasonal demand. It also gives you more time to compare repair and replacement options instead of making the decision after a system has already stopped working.
What to expect when you call
Tell us the address, the type of building and what the system is actually doing — no heat, no hot water, water on the floor, a breaker tripping, a drain backing up. That detail decides which truck and which parts head your way, and it often shortens the visit by an hour. We confirm a scheduling window, arrive with the equipment for that job, diagnose before quoting, and explain the repair-versus-replace tradeoff in plain terms.
Older homes, condo buildings with shared stacks and commercial spaces each come with their own access and code considerations, and our technicians work in all three every week. Licensed, insured and background-checked crews; written pricing before work begins; and the job site left clean.
Chicago neighborhoods we serve
Alongside our Chicago service area page, we keep dedicated pages for neighborhoods where we work often:
Chicago basements flood fast in heavy rain, so we also keep a dedicated Chicago sump pump repair page.
