We offer remote technical consulting, by appointment only, to qualified companies, developers, property owners and investors with residential or commercial projects in Dubai and the wider UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Consultations are held by phone or video.

For contractors: troubleshooting and second opinions
When a plumbing, HVAC or mechanical problem keeps coming back, or a replacement is being proposed, a second opinion before the money is spent can help. Send us the symptoms, equipment details, photos and what has already been tried, and we will talk through likely causes, what to check next, and whether repair or replacement deserves a closer look.
For architects: equipment space, piping, venting and coordination
We give practical field input during design: realistic clearances and service access for boilers, water heaters, chillers and ductless equipment, piping and venting routes that installers can actually build and maintain, condensate and drainage points, and how plumbing, heating and cooling systems fit together. This is advisory input only — we do not provide engineering calculations, stamped designs or local code approval.
For developers, property owners and investors: system review and planning
For residential and commercial projects we review chillers, boilers and hot-water systems — their condition as described in your information, maintenance history, likely service needs, and replacement options to plan for. The goal is a clearer technical picture to discuss with your local engineers and contractors, not an investment opinion.

Our plumbing work in Illinois is licensed. We are not licensed in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, and we do not have local offices there — consultations are held remotely from the United States.
Local code approvals, engineering design and stamps, permits and on-site work must be handled by locally authorized professionals in your country.

Do you have an office in Dubai or elsewhere in the Middle East?
No. Right Away is based in Des Plaines, Illinois, USA. Consultations for Middle East clients are held remotely by phone or video, by appointment only.
Can you approve or stamp designs for my project?
No. Our role is technical advice. Local code approvals, engineering stamps, permits and on-site work must be handled by locally authorized professionals in your country.
