Chicago Service Calendar

Pick the day and part of the day that works for you, tell us what the equipment is doing, and we will call to confirm. Your pick is a request — the actual arrival window depends on the route that day and is set when we call. Trucks run from our shop at 2093 Rand Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016.

How scheduling works

Picking a day and time window here sends us a request; it is not a confirmed appointment yet. A member of our team reviews each request and calls you to confirm the time, ask a few questions about the problem and make sure the technician brings the right parts.

If your problem is urgent, such as no heat in cold weather, an active leak or sewage backing up, call 773-250-6060 instead of waiting for a callback. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 from outside.

What to include in your request

Describe what you are seeing and when it started. Useful details include the type of building, which floor or unit is affected, the kind of equipment (boiler, furnace, water heater, sump pump) and any noises, smells or error codes. Mention parking or building access instructions, and whether a landlord or property manager needs to be involved.

On the day of the visit

Clear a path to the equipment and the area with the problem. The technician will inspect the system, explain what was found in plain language and review the repair options with you before any work begins.

Choosing a time window

Pick the day and window that works best for you, and add a second choice in the message if you have one. Morning windows are often easier for buildings where someone needs to let the technician into a basement or boiler room. If you need the visit coordinated with a landlord, building engineer or condo board, say so in the message.

Once we call to confirm, the time is set. If your plans change, call 773-250-6060 so the slot can be offered to another customer.

Describe the visit you are requesting

For a repair, explain whether the problem affects the entire building or a single room, radiator or fixture. Note when it started and whether it happens continuously or only during equipment operation. A visible fault message or a previous repair can be useful, but do not open equipment or reset safety controls to collect information for the form.

For replacement planning, name the existing equipment and explain the reason for considering a change, such as recurring breakdowns or inadequate heating or hot water. Mention whether you are seeking an assessment or reviewing an existing proposal. Include who can approve work and who will provide access to shared spaces. Choosing a date does not establish the repair scope, reserve equipment or confirm a price; those details require discussion and, where needed, an inspection.
